Fuller Developments, a leading real estate development company, is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join our team. As an Admin Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of administrative and financial tasks, including bookkeeping, customer service, budgeting, forecasting, and bill payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Ensure all invoices and bills are paid on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts to help guide business decisions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Prepare financial reports and other analyses as needed for management and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other financial software
